RAEX rating agency released its ranking of the "Top 50 Human Rights and D&I" companies in Russia. We reviewed companies' human rights practices, including Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) indicators. Based on the results of our work, we ranked companies on these indicators.

We reviewed companies' human rights practices, including Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) indicators. Based on the results of our work, we ranked companies on these indicators. The main components of the assessment include human rights policies and programs, setting quotas and implementing D&I measures, considering diversity indicators, conducting thematic trainings, initiatives to encourage and support employees, and recording and processing feedback from stakeholders on human rights and D&I issues.

Our main findings are:

  • Telecommunications, metallurgical and chemical companies are demonstrating a comprehensive approach integrated into the corporate structure.
  • MTS became the leader of the ranking. PhosAgro, NLMK, Aeroflot, and Yandex have balanced human rights and D&I practices.
  • Telecommunications companies are paying equal attention to human rights and D&I.
  • Russian companies are devoting little attention to human rights initiatives compared to D&I.
