Rating-Agentur Expert RA GmbH, as a CRA registered in the European Union and subject to the supervision by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), in accordance to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 1060/2009 of 16 September 2009 on credit rating agencies has published the annual Transparency report for 2015.
