The agency has re-evaluated all companies for the period 2022 and, publishes the final ESG ranking. PJSC "Sberbank" still tops the list. Phosagro is on the second place of the ESG-ranking, and Polyus is on the third place.
The sectoral structure of the ranking is mainly represented by metal and mining, oil and gas companies, energy and chemical companies. The highest ESG indicators are for companies in the financial industry.
Summarizing the results of ESG ranking in 2023, RAEX updated the assessment of 22 Russian companies. In the final rating, Rosneft has entered Group A, which currently has 18 participants, with Sberbank at the top of the list.
Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company (YATEK), Positive Technologies, Krasnoyarsk Gulidov Non-Ferrous Metals Plant, Kiwi Bank and Almazergienbank were included in the list for the first time. Some companies found themselves in the situation of uncertainty. The agency monitors such companies closely and assigns them a temporary rating M (monitored) with the prospect of exclusion from the list of rated companies. Citibank, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Yamal LNG were excluded from the list due to lack of information for evaluation. Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant and Susumanzoloto were excluded from the rating due to restructuring.
RAEX continues to update ESG ratings of companies. The Agency uses any information available at the time of the assessment, including non-financial reports.
