Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest Policy - Ancillary services
- Rating-Agentur Expert RA GmbH (the Agency) does not provide any ancillary services, as defined by the EU CRA Regulation.
- The Agency does not provide services such as market forecasts, estimates of economic trends, pricing analysis and other general data analysis as well as related distribution services. The Agency does not provide consultancy or advisory services to rated entities or related third parties regarding their corporate or legal structure, assets, liabilities or their activities.

According to the European Union Regulation No 1060/2009 on Credit Rating Agencies (CRA), Rating-Agentur Expert RA GmbH does not endorse any credit ratings that are issued in third countries. - Compensation Arrangements
- Compensation arrangements with rated entities
Fees charged to the rated entities do not depend on the level of credit ratings issued by the Agency or on any other result or outcome of the work performed. The fees shall not be discriminatory and shall be based on the Price List. The fees charged by the Agency shall be changed in accordance with type of rating being assigned. - Compensation arrangements with employees of the Agency
Compensation of the Agency's employees is arranged in such a way as to avoid any potential conflicts of interests. Compensation of the employees shall not be contingent on the amount of revenue that the Agency receives from the rated entities or related third parties. - Compensation arrangements with Compliance officer
Compensation of the compliance officer is arranged in such a way as to avoid any potential conflicts of interests. Compensation of the compliance officer shall not be linked to the business performance of the Agency and shall be arranged in a way that ensures independence of his or her judgment. - Compensation arrangements with Advisory Board members
Compensation of the independent Advisory Board members is arranged in such a way as to avoid any potential conflicts of interests. Their compensation shall not depend on the business performance of the Agency and shall be arranged in a way that ensures independence of their judgment.
